The regulations set out the various classes of employment permit that may be granted by the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. They also outline the application process for a person who makes an offer of employment, an employer, or an European Economic Area (EEA) contractor when applying for the Minister for Trusted Partner Registration. The regulation also provides a set of example employment permits for various form of employment in Schedule 6.
