Overview


The Immigration (Leave to Enter and Remain) Order 2000 provides provisions regarding the providing of and refusal to enter or remain within the UK.

Visas (or other clearance status) may have in effect 'leave to enter,' in these circumstances your status or visa will not lapse if travelling within the common travel areas of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Individuals with choose to exit the UK on pre-settled status may do so for up to two years (visa depending) prior to their visa being revoked.
