Overview


This Act regulates the conduct of employment agencies which recruit and manage temporary and permanent labour, and provides for a system of licensing. Each business which wants to set up an employment agency is required to have a license which will be denied or revoked if set standards, such as no registration fees for workers or no advertising of non-existent jobs, are not followed.
