The Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Exemption Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 revoke and replace the previous 1975, 1993 and 1997 regulations. These regulations require certain employers to have compulsory insurance that covers their liability for employee injuries or illnesses arising from work-related activities.
