These Regulations enable the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) to continue to recover fees and charges. There are no changes to the amounts recovered, and revoke and replace the 2021 Regulations of the same name, making these changes to correct errors in the 2021 Regulations.
