Overview


These Regulations set out the fees charged when applying for building warrants and the where completed certificates are to be submitted. 

This Regulation is made in accordance with the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 (the Act). It examines the provisions which are to be made when paying fees and potential exceptions where no payment is required or discounted. It informs that when Scottish Ministers are the receiver of the fee that the amount of the fee is determined by said Scottish Minister. Finally the regulation outlines a table of fees and provisions to local authorities when charging fees in accordance with the building standards register.
