These Regulations update the European Communities (Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail) Regulations 2010 to align with the technical changes introduced by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) of 20 September 2022 regarding the inland transport of dangerous goods by rail (RID).
These amendments come into force on the 30th June 2023.
