The European Communities (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment) Regulations 2011 regulate the transportation of dangerous goods by road in the EU. This legislation amends the Annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC on the inland transport of dangerous goods to consider scientific and technical progress related to the transport of dangerous goods by road.
